RSVP
What is RSVP?
RSVP, or Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, is a National Senior Service Corps program funded by the Corporation for National and Community Service. This program gives adults, who are at least 55 years of age, a chance to continue being an important part of the community by using their skills and life experiences to help others.
What it takes to be an RSVP Volunteer:
- You have to be at least 55 years of age
- Can volunteer a few hours every week
- Enjoy helping others and the community
What can you do?
RSVP allows you to use your life skills and experiences to help out the community. Some people tutor children and adults, while some deliver meals to homebound seniors, and others assist non-profit agencies with specific events. There are many ways to help out your community, just contact our RSVP Director.
